We do this through a holistic HSSE approach beginning with our in-house safety professionals who are trained and competent to lead and manage HSSE.

Meinhardt also ensures safety is embedded in all project stages guided by industry-leading safety standards. We are OSHAS 18001:2007 certified and have other ISO certifications under our belt.

To instil a safety culture on the ground, we use the Lucidity System (HSSE IT Platform) to monitor incidents in real time, providing total transparency and enabling us to intervene actively to mitigate potential risks and hazards.

It also enables us to tailor specific training programmes for our staff and contractors in various languages to further enhance our safety culture and processes.
