Ms Yao Lee Lee's career is a powerful narrative of determination and resilience. Starting from humble beginnings, she pursued a diploma in Production Engineering at Singapore Polytechnic in the 1970s, a bold move for a young woman at that time. Her journey from being the only woman in her class to becoming a trailblazer in the engineering industry is truly inspiring.
Her tenure at Meinhardt Singapore since 1991, and later establishing Meinhardt Cambodia in 2014, highlights her unwavering dedication to excellence. Leading a team of 20 in Cambodia, she has overseen high-profile projects, continuously breaking new grounds.
